Network studies empower data-driven decision-making in healthcare research.
However, conducting these studies often requires writing complex code - a task many clinical researchers may not be equipped to handle.
Domain-specific agentic AI systems can bridge this gap by providing intelligent, accurate, and highly customized code suggestions based on natural language instructions, enabling clinical researchers to focus on insights rather than implementation.
- Integrating LLMs for mapping non-standard, noisy datasets to standard OMOP CDM datasets. Currently, this process is manual and cosumes a lot of time. Using language models can save upto 40% of time.

Automated Disassembly for End-of-Life Products:
Designed and implemented AI systems to automatically analyze the state-of-health of components, including defect detection, classification, and severity estimation. This analysis enables accurate estimation of the component’s residual value for recycling.
This work led to 8 internal invention reports, 6 of which were converted into international patent applications.
-
AI-based Prediction of End-of-Life for Vehicle Air Filters:
Developed machine learning algorithms to predict the remaining useful life of air filters in vehicles using optical sensor data.
